Easy Creamy Dressing

3 medium cloves garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
4 oz. silken tofu
½ tsp. Italian herbs
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
A little water to thin, if needed

This dressing could be used in recipes instead of mayanoise
